You need friends that help and strengthen you along the way. You need influences that encourage purity rather than robbing it. All of this and more can be found in the singles’ ministries at Desert Gateway Baptist Church. With weekly classes and activities, the single adults at DGBC are growing together as believers in Christ

Solid Foundations

The Solid Foundations Class provides a caring community for single adults who are attending college or pursuing a career. The purpose of the class is to build a solid foundation for adults rooted in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Couples

Building a strong marriage doesn’t happen by accident or default. Even as a well-built house must first have carefully designed blueprints, a strong foundation, and a competent builder. Even so, a strong marriage can only be the product of the blueprint of the Bible, the foundation of Jesus Christ, and the daily guiding hand of God’s Holy Spirit. The classes and activities of the couples department will help to build and strengthen your marriage, and will teach the proven Bible principles for making your marriage a life-long and joyful relationship.

Homebuilders

The Homebuilders Class is an adult Bible class organized to provide care, evangelism, discipleship, service, and fellowship opportunities so that homes might be strengthened through couples who know and apply God’s principles.

Mature Adults

Through the ministries of Desert Gateway Baptist Church mature adults will find meaningful friendships, enjoyable activities, and a network of care where you can continue to grow in your faith.

Ambassadors

The Ambassador’s Bible Class is an adult Bible class open to any adult. The purpose of the class is to promote the spiritual growth of each attendee. This is actively accomplished through practical Bible lessons that place a strong emphasis on using the Scriptures in a daily walk with Christ.

Berean Bible Class

The Berean Bible Class is intended for mature believers who desire to study, learn and apply the Scriptures to their lives. Our format is not strictly lecturing, but we welcome sincere questions, discussions, and the sharing of insights allowing the Bible to be our final authority, just as the Bereans of New Testament times (Acts 17:10-11). You will be challenged to know what you believe and why you believe it and how your life can be transformed by the Scriptural convictions you possess.

Ladies

Regardless of your age or background, there is a class for you. You will be encouraged spiritually, meet new friends and receive loving care. You can find the perfect fit in one of our ladies class on Sunday morning.

Kindred Hearts

This ladies’ class combines Scriptural training and ministry opportunities to provide a balanced approach to Christian living. Periodical fellowships encourage class members as they daily seek to live a victorious Christian life.

Men

The world is in great need for good men—godly men! Your family longs for loving leadership that flows from a Christ-like heart. Do you desire to be a good man?

Men of Integrity

This men’s class offers the opportunity for men to draw closer to God through Biblical instruction, practical application, and Godly fellowship. Men are challenged to be leaders under the direction of God’s Holy Word. The lessons taught in the class are prepared so that men will learn to “stand in the gap” for God!
